David founded our firm in 2003 and in humancraft he found self-realisation. He loves guiding this great crew, starting new things, and hunting meaningful solutions together with clients. He believes that people represent a motor of doing business while organisation culture eats its strategy for breakfast. His heartfelt passion is his duty for Nadace Via, while being its advisory board President.

In his heart David is a mountain climber, which is why he loves freedom and big challenges. He appears inconspicuously, not like a guy who conquered Everest without oxygen and was the first in the world skying down another 8,000 m mountain, Dhaulagiri.The reason is that he has three beautiful children at home and you can’t spot him so often in mountains but rather riding his yellow motocycle round Prague.
