Tomáš Hrouda

Tomáš joined humancraft in 2009 after a long time in management positions in Czechia and abroad. Thanks to his work experience he has focused on people development in the areas of communication, personality typologies, leadership and optimisation of internal processes. He enjoys working with people and the opportunity to pass on knowledge, skills and principles that push them forward. Apart from the already mentioned soft skills Tomáš is an expert in the automobile industry, from production to the development of dealership networks (sales, after sales, internal and external communication, and technology). At the same time he always tries to prepare tailor-made training courses for the clients’ needs and in a fun and hands-on manner based on the well known phrase “the best school is learning by playing”.

Tomáš is a person who doesn’t like to get bored. He likes travelling, getting to know new people and experiencing new things. It’s for these reasons that he took the opportunity to have extended stays in Australia and the USA, where he gained plenty of unusual life and work experiences. He’s interested in new things related to lifestyle, technology and in particular cars, but basically anything that moves and whirrs. Tomáš believes that people don’t learn new things by themselves – to move forward it’s essential to meet new people and get to know new places.
