Kristýna Farkašová

Something personal

Kristýna loves self-development in a mix of scientific and spiritual techniques. Since she comes half from Jizera and half from Bohemian Paradise, she has a great relationship with nature. She spends most of her free time in nature, hiking or at least going on a trip.
When it rains outside, you can find her with a book or immersed in a design project, which is her second world.

1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?

Supporting people's potential to become their best selves.

2) What has influenced you in life and how is it reflected in your work?

I was probably most influenced by my own interdisciplinary journey at high levels in various spheres, from science, corporate, advertising to CEO of a start-up. Thanks to this, I now benefit from a lot of knowledge and approaches and procedures. In combination with empathy, I believe this is a great basis for solving problems and finding the perfect solution.

3) Why do you work for humancraft?

Because I love working with the best. It constantly gives me incentives to work on myself and opportunities to learn. I also enjoy the fact that I can use my knowledge of business as well as self-development and mindfulness within the same company.

4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?

Start and jump right in.

5) What influence does your work have on your personal development and professional path?

I'm a self-development enthusiast. So working with great people who constantly show me opportunities for growth is heaven. Not to mention that the more approaches you learn, the more you can help others.

6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how is humancraft trying to address these challenges?

Putting what you learn into practice and supporting yourself within teams. At humancraft, we support managers to stand by their people as they introduce new habits into established routines.
