Terms of processing of personal data

If you are our customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please familiarize yourself with the data protection, policies and rights you have in connection with the GDPR (Data Protection Regulation).

We are a company registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 80270, which operates the website www.humancraft.cz. We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

We declare

We declare that, as the controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Data Protection Act and GDPR, and therefore that:
we will only process your personal data on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of a contract, a legal obligation or a given consent,
we comply with the information obligation in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR before the processing of personal data begins,
we will enable and support you in the exercise and exercise of your rights under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
 
Scope of personal data and purposes of processing

We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

- Provision of services and performance of the contract
Your personal data in the range of: billing information, e-mail, telephone, or correspondence address are strictly necessary for the performance of the contract.

- Bookkeeping
If you are a customer, we need your personal data (billing information) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.
 
- Communication with you regarding news and products — sending newsletters
We use your personal data (email and name), gender, what you click on in the email and when you most often open them for direct marketing — sending commercial messages. If you are our customer, we do so out of legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for 5 years from the last order. If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters only on the basis of your consent, until the withdrawal of consent with your party, for a maximum of 5 years. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
 
- Photos and video recordings from the seminars
At some of our live events — trainings, seminars,... we take photographic documentation or video recordings. We use photos in promotional materials, primarily on the web. The video recording is for online course participants to view. You will never find the names of the participants in these materials, unless they are a reference based on consent. If you would not like to be on the recordings, let us know at our contact details before hosting a live event.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have not specified otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page and which page you come from. We consider the use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of the website as a legitimate interest of the administrator, as we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services.
Advertising targeting cookies will only be processed on the basis of your consent.
Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer in your internet browser.

Security and privacy

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible with the help of modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Your personal data can be accessed by me and my collaborators, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing. In order to ensure certain specific processing operations that we cannot provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the processing and comply with GDPR.

They are the providers of the following platforms and services:
Lumina Learning Ltd. (UK) — Lumina Personal Typology
TTI Success Insights (USA) — personal typology of Success Insights
TTC online s.r.o. (CZ) — online diagnostic tools
LeadHub (CZ) — application for sending out news and event invitations
Google (US) — Google Web Analytics, Google Ads

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the processing. However, we promise you that in such a case when choosing, we will place at least the same demands on the processor in terms of security and quality of processing as on ourselves.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection on the basis of a decision of the European Commission.

Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data

You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email: hello@humancraft.cz.

You have the right to the information that is already filled in this information page with the personal data processing policy.

Thanks to the right of access, you can ask us at any time and I will provide you with proof within 30 days what personal data we process and why.

If something changes about you or you find your personal data to be out of date or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and changed.

You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial communications.)

Right to erasure (to be forgotten) - Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right of erasure.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, I have to register the issued tax documents after the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by any other law. We will notify you by e-mail of the completion of the deletion.

Complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we are not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We would be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any wrongdoing.

Unsubscribe from newsletters and commercial communications

We send you emails with inspiration, blogs or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest. If you are not already a customer, we will only send them to you on the basis of your consent. In either case, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

Confidentiality

We would like to assure you that all our employees or collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and about security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the end of the contractual relationship with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party.

This personal data processing policy applies from 1 February 2020 and supersedes the previous Personal Data Protection.
