We started as a garage in a villa in Chabry. Most of the people who are with us today have experienced our “House”, as we called it. We lived together, cooked our own lunches, threw parties for 150 people and enjoyed two things - the freedom of being able to do what we enjoyed, and the punk that accompanied it all in the early days.
The bond that formed between us then shaped humancraft as it is today. It's not as punk anymore, and our clients no longer sleep in the bathtub. We've all grown up, become wiser, and families have entered our lives, bringing with them responsibility and joy outside the company.
We have much more complex services, a large team of trainers, and we want to take good care of everyone. But what has remained and no one can take away from us is the fact that humancraft is a second family for all of us, and that determines its everyday life and relationships between the people who make it up today.
For our clients, we are a partner. We pass on 20 years of experience from our team. We constantly seek new ways to achieve better results, develop new training programs and team games.

2023 - Year full of events
The year 2023 was packed with events that enlivened both our internal and external activities. We organized the humanbrand conference, Cooking with humancraft events in Prague and Bratislava, participated in HRComm Chopok and HRko in Ostrava. Six developmental teambuilding sessions also took place during the year.

In terms of experiences, we climbed Sněžka, enjoyed an unforgettable trip to Lago Maggiore, and this time we spent the traditional family weekend on the water. On the professional front, Bea Brosková shone, winning the Trainer of the Year award, and we also developed a new gamified leadership product, Mammoth Hunters.

The year 2023 also brought changes in company leadership - from now on we have only four partners.
2022 - Hello Europe!
We launched expansion into Europe with new foreign trainers, and we still had time for the Slovak Inspirofest, the humanbrand conference with BrandBakers, and the first meeting with international trainers in Prague. And to make it complete, a new online meeting tool is already running in the office!

In a year full of celebrations, we blew out 40 candles for Martin Hoidar, 50 candles for David Fojtík, and in between we managed two offsite trips, Craft days, and a family weekend.

2021 - Lipno, coals and virtual meetings
The virtual form of meetings continues - even in our development center and the traditional Inspirofest. Partners went on a shareholder trip - this time to Lipno and took their significant others and children. And because there's never enough adventure, we ended it by walking over hot coals at Indian Inspiration Days!
2020 - New beginnings and challenges
🚀 humancraft was born
The year when DEVELOR stepped back and humancraft was born. Covid didn't stop us, quite the opposite - online training and client events were running at full speed. We even managed to get Lumina certification. Kája celebrates 40, which we properly celebrated at Craft offsite by Sázava. TeamRocks is also starting! 🎉
2019 - Hojdy's year
At the beginning of the year, we went on a secret company trip to Cyprus. The task was to pack for both winter and summer - no one knew where we were going.

Our shareholder lineup is strengthened by a new member - Martin Hoidar! 🎉
2018 - TTT in Hungary and personal stories
On trips to Hungary, we shared strong, personal stories and got to know each other a bit better. The Direct meeting in Bořetice also took place, which only emphasized the atmosphere of an action-packed year.
2017 - We're still on the move
Meňa as a devil disguised as Batman? Yes, that's the unforgettable Mikuláš at our place! The legendary Develor Night also took place, Direct meeting in Donovaly, CSR TTT in Bořetice, and "Coffee with Develor" - simply a year full of great events and experiences.
2016 - Party and wedding
At the offsite, we simulated the popular show Party and the third Training on Trial took place. Jana Křížková joins the team (we recommend the Sales Cafe podcast with Jana) and Zorka, our relationship manager.

Mikuláš took place this time at the Adwise office, where Tom Hrouda returned to his role as Mikuláš.

2015 - Client on stage and new office
At TTT, we learned directly from the client about their current challenges and needs. The legendary Develor Ladies Night took place and we're moving the office to Karlínské náměstí, where we are to this day.
2014 - Hot coals and the birth of LEAP
First walk on hot coals at a company retreat - an unforgettable experience! The LEAP Leadership program is born, which is still in demand by clients today. At TTT, we not only exchanged experiences this time, but also danced during the icebreaker. This year's DIRECT was held in Poland and we shone with a joint performance - Develor has talent!
2013 - "We're journeying to the North Pole"
We're developing a new game where we set off to the North Pole with Amundsen! Today you know it as "Leadership with Shackleton". David Fojtík shows himself as a true "expert" in non-verbal communication. The third "Cooking with Develor" took place. Bea joins the team and immediately started cleaning. And we mustn't forget the "Training on Trial" simulation - who will be guilty this time?
2012 - We continue to grow
At TTT we learned first aid and also the concept of “Leadership 4 Safety”. And with the growth of the company come new faces that need to be properly incorporated. We always enjoy that very much.
2011 - Training momentum is noticeable
We have 689 training days behind us! As part of TTT, we tried team coaching and Insights personality typology, testing everything we teach on ourselves. Another unforgettable DIRECT meeting took place in Hungary!
2010 - Mr. Kirkpatrick certification and first tender game
We received the prestigious certification from Mr. Kirkpatrick himself, and his method has become an integral part of our training to this day. And the first "tender game" came - it's getting really serious!
2009 - Crisis comes and another wedding
Crisis knocked on our door too and business isn't going as well as before, but we're holding on. Kája and Standa say their "yes" and even at development events we don't give up - for example, we play princesses and dragons. Even in harder times, we know how to find fun!
2008 - We camped in Meteor
We're moving to Meteor, where we share offices with Adwise. And what can't be missing? Of course, foosball! Joint parties are spiced up by guitar performances from Standa - that's the atmosphere we simply love!
2007 - A year playing into the hands of lovers
The Fojtíks have a wedding and Kája and Standa start dating. The first "Cooking with Develor" for our clients takes place.
2006 - Everest, new faces
David Fojtík first conquers Mt. Everest without oxygen, with Develor at the top! Jana Horáková joins, who now leads our assessment centers for new trainers with Bea. Hojdy celebrates 24 years, and the little house is still alive!
2005 - We're still at the beginning
There are still few of us and we have no idea that it all is just beginning. We enjoy youth, shared experiences and laugh a lot - but we also have plenty of work.
2004 - We're founding DEVELOR!
It was time for a change and founding Develor. Standa Tichý, then a lover of water pipes, joined the team. The first Christmas party in Hungary took place. Martin Hoidar also joins, and shortly after him, Kája Tichá (then still single).
2003 - This is where it all started
"Little House" U Větrolamu - this is where it all started. Clients came to us for meetings in the living room, and when there was no space, to the pool. Simply start-up style, as it should be!
