Something for work
Before Týna went abroad after graduation, she organized bachelorette parties at school and coordinated various events for companies - from team building to gala evenings and conferences. She came to us after long study and work trips abroad. She first graduated from university in Denmark, where she earned her living mainly in gastronomy. Then she enjoyed the warmth in Greece for a while and returned to Prague, where she worked as a marketing assistant in a corporate company. But that was nothing for her, so she decided to work for herself, so far she has a few clients outside of Humancraft, for whom she takes care of marketing. Before joining us, she took advantage of the fact that most of her work can be done from home and traveled across four continents. In the last year, she managed Denmark, Ghana, Australia, and even China. But there is nothing better than anchoring in one's native land.

Something personal
In addition to the fact that Týna is a lover of travel, she also cannot get enough of Italian and Asian cuisine. She likes all animals, but especially dogs (fun fact: she is afraid of pigeons). She is fascinated by learning about everything new, especially different cultures and how people live locally in different countries. He's up for every joke - the riskier it is, the more he likes it. Another such activity he plans is to jump from a plane (preferably with a parachute) and walk to Santiago. She is also interested in psychology and is a certified yoga instructor. Sport is a daily part of her life. Not only yoga, but she also likes to work up a sweat in the gym, swim or climb mountains. She also likes to toughen up, but prefers to take a sauna
1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?
I am the liaison between trainers, relationship managers, internal communications, and our external presentation.
2) What has influenced you in life and how is it reflected in your work?
Two things have influenced me the most in my life. My parents, who taught me that if I want to achieve something, I must not be afraid to jump into the water and learn to swim, and also the experience of studying in Denmark and working remotely, when I got to know the world and myself. These experiences gave me two important lessons in life – that no challenge is insurmountable if you can adapt to unexpected situations, and that without cooperation and understanding from the people around you, there would be no success. At work, it teaches me to handle diverse situations with perspective and find ways to move things forward, and it is this diversity that I enjoy about it.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
humancraft is full of inspiring people, and I believe we should surround ourselves with them – learning from them and constantly expanding our horizons to move forward. I enjoy the diversity of my position, which allows me to combine individual and team work, and I appreciate the informal atmosphere and flexibility that are typical of humancraft. As a bonus, humancraft is the number one in education and development on the Czech market, and I believe that each of us should work on our development throughout our lives.
4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?
Harmonize marketing, office management and event organization together during the season.
5) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how is humancraft trying to address these challenges?
Today's corporate learning faces several major challenges - companies are trying to keep up with rapid change, meet demanding goals, and at the same time motivate employees to enjoy their work. The key is also to ensure that investments in training bring real impact. At humancraft, we respond to these challenges with a practical and tailored approach - we create training that is not only interesting and understandable, but most importantly immediately applicable in everyday practice.
