Consultant, Coach

Heinrich Homola

Something work-related
Heinrich helps companies navigate necessary changes so that what they aim for can truly work in practice. Clients hire him either as an interim manager or as a coach for their leadership teams. As a Czech-German, he understands both cultures. He can operate locally while thinking globally. As a manager, he knows how to work with people: how to build teams, develop people, motivate them, and lead them. As a certified coach, he supports top management through transition and change. Heinrich enjoys marketing, brand building, and communication, which is where his career began. Over the past 30 years, he has worked in several countries and across a wide range of industries. Whether in start-ups or restructuring, he has usually worked as a CEO or at board level. Naturally, he is also able to work in Western cultures, in English, German, and Dutch.
Something personal
Over the past 15 years, Heinrich has devoted a significant amount of time to one of his favourite activities: regularly teaching young people at universities as well as secondary schools. He is an active teacher with Junior Achievement and also a speaker in the “Můžeš podnikat” project. As an alumnus of the student organization AIESEC, he has delivered countless training sessions and workshops. In his free time, he spends time with his family and his two dogs. He occasionally enjoys taking his vintage car out for a drive, and he has recently rediscovered the magic of wild camping in Scotland.
