Jirka is a responsive trainer and facilitator who specializes in leadership training, group work, facilitation, including facilitation training, and outdoor teambuilding programs. He also enjoys taking on the role of moderator at social and sports events. He can do all of the above in both Czech and English. Thanks to his studies and work abroad, he has gained valuable experience and the ability to understand different perspectives. At the beginning of his career, he spent seven years in the corporate world in various management positions.
Something personal
Jirka is the father of three children. Besides his family, he loves sport, movement in general, and spending time outdoors, ideally in the mountains. He has been playing competitive badminton for thirty years, ran a marathon in 4:03, and enjoys spending his free time at his cottage in the Šumava foothills.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I train a wide range of topics through practical exercises in a safe environment.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
Since childhood, I attended drama classes and later started moderating social and sports events. My experience from the corporate world also comes in handy.

I consider humancraft to be one of the best on the Czech market. It has mastered onboarding and know-how sharing.

5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
Delivering presentation skills training for 40 people in three hours, in English.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
After years of focusing mainly on teambuilding, I am excited that I now have to keep working on myself in order to feel confident and at ease.
