Jirka is a responsive lecturer and facilitator who specializes in leadership trainings, group work, facilitation (including facilitation training) and team building outdoor programs. He also likes to be a presenter of social and sports events. All of the above can be done both in Czech and English. Through his studies and work abroad, he gained valuable experience and the ability to understand different points of view. Early in his career, he worked for seven years in the corporate world in various management positions.
Something personal
Jirka is the father of three children. In addition to his family, he loves sports and generally moving and staying outdoors, ideally in the mountains. He has been playing badminton competitively for thirty years, ran a marathon in 4:03 and enjoys spending his free time at the cottage in the background.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
Through practical training in a safe environment, I train on a wide range of topics.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
Since childhood, I went to a drama school, later began to moderate social and sports events. Corporate experience also suits me.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
In the Czech market, I consider hc to be the top. He has mastered onboarding as well as passing on know-how.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Master presentation skills for 40 people in three hours in English.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
After years of working primarily in teambuilding, I am excited to work on myself to feel at ease.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
The amount of information that is flocking to us in today's world. Critical thinking is just one of many necessities.
