Key Account Manager

Lucia Trembecká

Something work-related
As an Account Manager, Lucia worked for major telecommunications corporations in both Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and the world of information and communication technology was part of her life for 19 years. This journey was a great learning experience for her and gave her the opportunity to understand the environment and needs of corporate customers from various industries, both in the Czech and international context. It also helped her get to know herself better — her values and professional preferences. Her desire to work in an area close to her heart brought her to humancraft: company culture, learning, self-development, working with talent, and employee satisfaction. She also resonated from the start with humancraft’s values — fairness, openness, real and practical value for the client, and growth of their business. What she loves about her work is meeting new people and building long-term relationships based on trust, openness, and cooperation with people who are both professionals and genuinely nice human beings.
Something personal
Lucia loves movement and sports of all kinds, where she can let out her energy and recharge with positive vibes: cycling, skiing, skating, running, dancing, and evening workouts at home in the garage. With three children, she tries to combine every opportunity with movement, household duties, and ideally also “walking” some of her two-legged or four-legged loved ones — so you may easily meet her running alongside one to three children on bikes, with a dog at her heel and groceries on her back. :) In recent years, she has fallen in love with beach volleyball with a group of friends. She loves travelling and discovering new cultures, scents, and tastes — ideally in a combination of mountains, the sea, and historic cities. Besides sport and nature, she recharges her batteries in the company of friends, and once her extroverted soul is satisfied, she loves reading or listening to anything related to psychology, self-development, or parenting.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I do everything I can to turn our customers’ needs and requirements into meaningful development and learning activities that bring value to their business.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
Many things have influenced me — from navigating corporate waters and working with customers from different industries, through raising three children, to my passion for self-development. And people, too: inspiring, open, and positive people. Thanks to all of this, I now know that happiness means being able to use my talents in work that I enjoy and that makes sense to me.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
Because it is the ideal mix of professionalism, meaningful work with a strong focus on the customer, and an open, friendly atmosphere where principles such as humanity, helpfulness, feedback, and a shared effort to do things as well as possible are truly lived.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Building trust in a field that was new to me, and getting oriented in the trends and new topics.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
Enormously. The humancraft environment is highly inspiring, and the very nature of our services directly encourages personal development. At the same time, it has opened up completely new horizons for me and shifted my professional path toward HR, which has always attracted me.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
Many companies understand that the key pillar of success is people: their adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, attracting and retaining talented people, working with them, and developing management skills that help keep people satisfied in the company. Sometimes, however, the connection between business, business goals, and development activities is still lacking. humancraft offers tailor-made programs that have an impact on the business and support real behavioural change in everyday practice.
