1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?

My goal is to take care of our clients. Understand their specific needs and then design educational programs that support their growth. In one word, "Salesák" :)

2) What has influenced you in your life and how is it reflected in your work?

I've been influenced all my life, it's hard for me to find just one event or person. I love development, movement and music. From a young age I wandered around various sports, studied at the Faculty of Sports Studies in Brno and led others to do the same. I was greatly influenced by karate and dance. I still draw from both in various roles in my life.

3) Why do you work for humancraft?

There are wonderful people here and great communication management. We spend about 20 days a year off-site together, which is great room for growth. Everyone here gets an enormous amount of feedback on their performance. A luxurious mix of pragmatism and a human approach.

4) What has been your biggest challenge in humancraft so far?

I originally came as a less experienced trainer, among a bunch of seasoned bastards with extensive business experience. So performing and giving feedback is still a big challenge for me today. But it's worth it!

5) What effect does your work have on your personal development and professional path?

Enormous, on the one hand it is related to the answers to the previous questions (development, access to huge know-how and great contacts). At the same time, I will add that I consider business skills to be something that fits into everyone's professional and personal life.

6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how does humancraft try to solve these challenges?

Keeping up with the constant changes in the business environment and technology. I would say that we try to address these challenges through constant innovation and adaptation of our programs. We must be relevant and meet the current and future needs of companies. That is, skills such as agility, leadership and team dynamics.

I am interested in leadership
