Something personal
I believe that the thoughts I stand for introduce me better than a list of facts and achievements. I believe that everyone seeks happiness and can live their life with enthusiasm. Deep down, every person knows their true nature and longs to live in harmony with it. Developing imagination and mindfulness can make it easier to discover new perspectives and make life decisions. We are able to recognize the important moments in life when we can take a step toward improving its quality.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I guide people through what they need in life and at work, in a way that brings sustainable benefit and fulfilment to as many people as possible.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
The flight of two parrots over my head in the Brazilian jungle. My work is not only about the world of people, but also about how we can integrate into the wider environment and develop our own level of awareness, as well as the awareness of those around us.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
humancraft means work for people, work by people, and work with a human soul.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Every coaching client is a unique challenge, deserving admiration and full attention.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
I am constantly learning about the world of people and the world as a whole — sometimes with more, sometimes with less, amazement. I consider myself an ex-corporate business coach with an overlap into mentoring and therapy. I currently live in Costa Rica and happily work remotely from there.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
From the perspective of individual one-to-one coaching, the challenge is admitting the need for development and, if appropriate, support. That alone is a huge step toward personal growth. I am glad that humancraft sees this challenge in a similar way and primarily offers personal development services in areas where there is a real need.
