Something work-related
Standa joined the company's co-founders in 2004 and, in addition to being a marketer, trainer and consultant, he also held the role of Managing Director for a couple of years. Today, Standa prefers to prepare and launch development programs in the humanities industry with tangible benefits for business. He is also a member of the Maturity Institute, which assists companies with the measurement and development of the intangible area of corporate culture and human capital.
Something personal
Standa is passionate about personal development (he spent his youth in books in addition to sports), leadership (6 years in the international student organization AIESEC left his mark) and the use of human potential (an opportunity of enormous added value for business). The family, which is controlled by 3 little rascals, gives him a lot of joy and experiences.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I help companies achieve their goals better because of their people.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
Working in the student organization AIESEC - I gained enthusiasm for personal development, leadership and international cooperation.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
We have a great product - more successful and satisfied people in companies and we have an excellent team.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
When I took on the role of Managing Director for a couple of years, giving the company a new direction.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
I have more faith in myself that if I keep learning, I can do other things that seem remote to me now.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
Weak interconnectedness of education and company strategy, small and mostly inestimable contribution of development to business. Those who see it the same way, we like to help.
