Office manager

Tereza Zahradníčková

Something work-related
In her role as office manager at humancraft, Terka connects organization, people, and details. In short, she makes sure everything runs smoothly — from preparing the background and facilities to getting materials ready for trainers. Before joining the humancraft team, she gained experience as an assistant in financial advisory, where she developed thoroughness, structure, and a strong focus on working with people. What gives her work the most meaning is knowing that it helps others focus on what matters most.
Something personal
Terka is a calm soul and an introvert who draws energy from silence, nature, and aesthetics. In her free time, you will most often find her with a book, on a hike, creating graphics, or travelling in search of new inspiration. She loves animals and coffee, takes care of her houseplants, and enjoys finding beauty in details — whether in design or in an ordinary day.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I am a supporting link between trainers and relationship managers.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
I am naturally more of an introvert, and that helps me perceive the world in greater detail. This is also reflected in my work: I like systems, order, and meaningfulness. I enjoy creating a reliable background that others can count on. At humancraft, I prepare materials for trainers so they have everything exactly as they need it. For me, it is not only important what I do, but also what impact it has. When I know that my work helps the whole team function smoothly, it gives me meaning and motivates me to keep doing things better.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
Because they completely won me over. After the very first interview, I knew I wanted to work here. The job is great — but the team is priceless. I feel absolutely wonderful here, and I would say that this is reflected in my work as well.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
As a big introvert, my biggest challenge was the first internal company event we all attended together. In the end, there was nothing to be afraid of at all. Everyone is very friendly and really, really lovely!
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
It has a huge influence, actually. Being surrounded by educated people who also educate others makes me want to keep improving myself. And that is why I enrolled at university — not because it was required of me, but because I feel inspired and motivated to keep moving forward.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
From my perspective, employees in corporate companies often see learning as an obligation rather than an opportunity. They lack a connection to everyday practice or the feeling that the content is relevant to them. Corporate learning is also often too broad and does not take into account an employee’s individual level, motivation, or career path. At humancraft, we focus on practical and transferable skills. Our courses are designed tailor-made for each specific company and engage participants through active elements such as facilitation, discussion, and work with real-life situations from practice. Thanks to needs diagnostics and development plans, humancraft works with both individuals and teams in a targeted way. The outcome is not just a training session, but also a clear development plan linked to business goals.
