Something work-related
Thanks to many years of experience in various management roles, Vláďa has learned that choosing the right people, investing time in them, and developing their potential is the most important task of a leader. And because “change is life”, he decided to join humancraft and do — as he puts it — “what I enjoy, with a bunch of people who feel the same way”.
Something personal
Vláďa used to live in Žižkov and every year watched “those crazy people running Běchovice”. At the time, he could not imagine how anyone could run 10 kilometres, but he decided to give it a try. Today, these short distances no longer tempt him much — you are more likely to meet him at marathons, the Beskydská 7 mountain race, or 24-hour runs. And because he is a car and motorcycle enthusiast, he often heads out on the road guided by the motto: “The journey is the destination.”
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I talk to people and pass on inspiration and enthusiasm.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
Besides many different business experiences, definitely sport. Thanks to sport, I know that success is only the result of hard training and hard work, and that nothing lasts forever — you always need to keep learning.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
Because there is nothing better than doing what you enjoy with a bunch of people who feel the same way.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Every beginning or new experience is a challenge.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
It keeps me on my toes, and thanks to the diversity of our clients, I stay informed about different industries.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
Attracting and retaining talented and key people. At humancraft, we help companies develop their people, which not only improves their performance, but also shows them that the company cares about them — and that increases loyalty.
