Vladimír Minár

Something work-related
Thanks to many years of experience in various managerial roles, Vláďa has learned that choosing the right people, dedicating to them and developing their potential is the most important task of a leader. And because “change is life,” he decided to add to humancraft and do -- as he himself puts it -- “what I enjoy in a bunch of people who have it anyway.”
Something personal
Vláďa lived in Žižkov and every year he observed “the fools running Běchovice”. Although he could not imagine how someone could run 10km, he decided to try it. Today, these short runs no longer attract him — you can meet him at marathons, Beskydy 7 or 24-hour runs. And because he is a car and motorcycle enthusiast, he often goes on the road under the motto “The road is the destination”.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I talk to people, I pass on inspiration and enthusiasm.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
In addition to a lot of different experiences in business, definitely sports. Thanks to this, I know that success is only the result of hard training and work and that nothing is permanent and there is always something to learn.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
Because there's nothing better than doing what you enjoy in a bunch of people who have it anyway!
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Every beginning or new experience is a challenge
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
It keeps me alert and thanks to the diversity of clients, I have an overview of different fields.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
Get and retain handy and key people. In humancraft, we help companies develop their people and this not only improves their performance, but also shows them that the company cares about them and thus loyalty increases.
