Zora Šebová

Something work-related
Zorka used to work for an agency that organized after-school activities for children, so she likes to say that she is still doing the same thing — she has just swapped children for adults. Zorka joined humancraft in 2016 and has been taking care of clients every day ever since, always trying to accommodate them in any situation. She is happiest when the people around her are happy, so if something is within her power, do not hesitate to reach out to her — she will be glad to help.
Something personal
Zorka is an ordinary girl with an extraordinary life - she lived in Paris, taught the children golf, led the My Animal Ring and thanks to this she slept in a cellar with her in the room, she carried a goat, a sheep and a mini piggy bank in the car. There was one animal left for her at home - the rabbit Cinnamon. Zorka likes to bake (sweet, not rabbits!) , she reads, she likes ballet, chocolate and especially Nutella. And that's why she has no choice but to enjoy exercise.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I make sure everything runs smoothly — both when working with clients and within humancraft.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
Because we have a great team here, and we think about things in a similar way. :-)
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Coordinating a large international program — a project full of frequent changes, participant coordination, deadline tracking, preparation materials, and follow-ups. Simply a project from A to Z.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
A lot. We have a large library, so whenever I am interested in a topic, I can usually find a book about it here. I talk to people who develop other people, and they often guide me when I feel unsure about something myself. At the same time, as my role has gradually evolved, I have been learning new things that are essential for doing it well. And I have plenty of people to learn from. ;-)
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
