For over 30 years, Guy Barrington has been a guiding force in the field of Human potential and self development. As an International Trainer and Life Coach, he empowers individuals and teams to cultivate self leadership, ignite creativity and innovation. Guy's expertise extends to conflict resolution, team building, and community development. He is an expert in transforming stress into vitality. His approach is grounded in mindfulness, embodiment practices and conscious communication which leads to both inner and outer fulfilment and success.
Something personal
Guy comes originally from UK. He’s worked internationally as a self development teacher using the mediums of conscious dance, meditation, mindfulness and self enquiry. He loves growth and transformation and has made his Life and Career around these themes to optimize the human experience. Guys been a Dad for 28 years now raising 3 boys and now has a 5 year old daughter. Parenting is a joy for him. For interests. Guy enjoys listening to great music, climbing, being in Nature, table tennis, absorbing inspirational podcasts, travelling, gardening, woodwork, writing ebooks on human evolution and enriched experience and building useful stuff around the home. Guy sees Life is an adventure to be fully lived!
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I enjoy taking people on a journey from problem to solution in ways which inspire, motivate and transform the quality of their work and lives.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
I’ve travelled a lot around our world and learnt lots from different cultures, customs and approaches to life and living. I like to bring this curiosity, diversity and sense of exploration into my work.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
I like our team, their warmth, openness and approach to work. I like being part of a company whose mission is to uplevel people and enrich the workplace by optimizing skills and connecting teams.

5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
My work is an extension of what I already love; to support people through transformational learning which delivers an impact on multiple levels. So this work gives me an opportunity to express my authenticity and inspire people, which gives me a lot of satisfaction in myself and in my career.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
In this fast paced technological world, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by new developments and increased expectations to perform. Humancraft reminds its clients that they matter, their health and well being and supports the development and cultivation of their human skills, so they can feel secure in their place and purpose and recognize technology is here to assist us, not enslave us.
