1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I open doors where they're needed, and when they're not visible, I help find them first.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
I was most influenced by my experiences abroad. They showed me that there is no one right path to success and that what doesn't work somewhere can work excellently elsewhere. Thanks to this, I search and link even what seems unconnectable at first glance.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
The world is evolving at an incredible speed and there is still much to discover. In Humancraft, I can learn every day and pass on what I can at the same time.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
My work is a journey of constant discovery for me. It inspires me to continue learning, broadens my horizons and helps me grow — not only as a teacher, but also as a person.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
The biggest challenge, I think, is to keep education relevant and practically applicable in a rapidly changing environment. Often it's not just about passing on knowledge, but about being able to draw people into the process so they want to really try and use new things. Humancraft responds to this by building programs on the real-world needs of companies and individuals, linking theory to practice, and creating a safe space for experimentation and sharing.
