Pavel enjoys having a new project and new challenges at work every day — changing industries, business cases, and the people he works with. His strengths lie in strategic and operational management, market research, business development, sales, and project management. Pavel has experience as Business Development Director at Office 1 Superstore International, an FMCG company. He has managed more than 15 international market-entry projects across five continents and has facilitated over 1,000 training sessions around the world, mostly focused on management and sales skills, company strategy, and leadership.

In his free time, Pavel enjoys playing tennis, reading books, hiking, and spending time with friends — for example at parties.
