Coach
Roland Zajko

Something work-related
Roland has served as a trainer and Organizational Developer expert for over 15 years. He likes to learn and develop, especially in the field of psychology. Its primary mission is to bring together the elements — soft and hard skills, corporate and personal goals, culture and strategy — into highly profitable companies where it is a joy to work. All this with a high level of involvement of all parties and that is the most interesting thing about it.
Something personal
Pilgrim, explorer, traveler. Roland is still in search mode. Maybe after the best place to ride a motorbike, or a new science fiction writer, maybe he's developing a new skill like turning around in the mud, or just a great spot in the woods to have a cowboy night. Because the world is constantly changing, there is still much to see, what to learn, what to experience. She often steps out of her comfort zone and looks at these experiences as an important and essential part of her life.
