Trainer

Roland Zajko

Something work-related
Roland has been working as a trainer and organizational development expert for more than 15 years. He enjoys learning and developing himself, especially in the field of psychology. His primary mission is to connect different elements — soft and hard skills, company and personal goals, culture and strategy — to help create highly successful companies where people enjoy working. All of this happens with a high level of involvement from all sides, which is what makes it most interesting for him.
Something personal
A wanderer, explorer, and traveller. Roland is always in discovery mode. Perhaps he is searching for the best place to ride motorcycles, a new science fiction writer, or developing a new skill, such as turning around in the mud. Or maybe he is simply looking for a great spot in the forest where he can spend a cowboy-style night. Because the world is constantly changing, there is always something to see, something to learn, and something to experience. He often steps out of his comfort zone and sees these experiences as an important and essential part of his life.
