Building resilience

Last year, we worked with the humancraft team to develop resilience training for the entire internal Human Capital team. The program was designed as a practical demonstration of how to build personal resilience in these challenging times and how to help yourself and other colleagues find and strengthen sources of energy. It was a great pleasure to work with the pros at Humancraft who helped me to devise and design the content of the program and figure out the structure and logistics of the entire training. It brought a nice balance of theory, the trainer's own experience and most importantly practical exercises. In my opinion, Humancraft trainers and consultants are heartfelt people who always care deeply about the benefit to the client and then try to find the best ways to achieve it.
Changing company culture

We worked with humancraft on a corporate culture change project. It was a year-long project that was divided into several phases. The aim was to change the mindset of the first management level and the top management, to focus on managing change in the company both technically and emotionally, and to strengthen leadership. The cooperation was professional and at a high level, I appreciate the ability to react immediately to changes in the project, the ability to improvise or handle difficult situations when working in groups. Furthermore, the willingness to move the project forward, although it was not always easy, to get feedback on their work, even with hindsight. They approached the project with enthusiasm, coming up with suggestions and variations of solutions and, not least, excellent preparation.

We would like to share a great experience with humancraft, which we approached as part of the tender to implement a development programme for our conference in Hungary. The brief was challenging and complex - a personality typology programme combined with team building for the whole organisation with 120 participants, in three languages and for all levels. The aim was to involve all participants and thus support everyone's individual development. What was the result? Each of us took away valuable insights not only about ourselves, but also about the attitudes, reactions and behaviours of others. This led to a strong motivation to continue developing and a great interest in typology even among those who could not attend. The Humancraft team handled the challenge with bravura - from the excellent preparation, which was invisible but essential for the participants, to the great performance of the trainers themselves in working with a very diverse team. Thanks to this positive experience, we are already preparing more programs for next year and are looking forward to them.
