Coach, Trainer, Consultant

David Škrobánek

Something work-related
David spent his entire corporate career in regional HR roles, including his final assignment in the United Kingdom. His focus on developing people and organizations did not change even after he started working in 2016 as an HR consultant, interim HR manager, trainer, and coach. A project especially close to his heart is Dobrý táta — “Good Dad” — through which he helps fathers combine fatherhood with caring for their children, and supports organizations in finding ways to make this possible for them. He often speaks about this topic as a public speaker at many conferences.
Something personal
David is a “quiet force”. He does not speak much, but his words carry weight and strength. He is someone for whom personal development, as well as the development of others, is both a driving force and a life path. In recent years, he has devoted a great deal of time to studying coaching and NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, in the United Kingdom, which he completed with an NLP Master Practitioner certification. Since the birth of his three children, he has also become a dad through and through, spending most of his free time with them.
