Trainer, Facilitator

František Gráfek

Something work-related
František is a trainer through and through. After several years in the banking sector and then in telecommunications, mainly in sales roles, he moved into HR and employee learning and development. He continued developing himself as well, building the necessary competencies, and over time became responsible for all processes related to employee learning and development in a large corporate company. Learning also became his hobby, which is why he constantly follows new trends and keeps working on his own development. In 2013, he became a freelance trainer and consultant, which gave him the opportunity to work with many other companies and deliver tailor-made learning programs for them. Courses led by František are effective, practical, and highly participative, with plenty of hands-on practice and feedback. At the same time, he is very good at setting up a comprehensive development concept and processes for employee learning.
Something personal
František has always liked challenges and, from a young age, wanted to learn how to master the elements. So when he was deciding which sport to pursue, he chose sailing — perhaps an unusual choice for someone from a landlocked country. But how many people can say they capsized a small racing yacht on the Vltava, right opposite the National Theatre? Despite those somewhat rough beginnings, he pursued sailing with such passion that he almost became a professional sailor. His love of nature and the elements has stayed with him, so in his free time he heads outdoors whenever he can, preferably with his family and friends. If he finds a beautiful place and there is at least a little wind, he immediately pulls out one of his kites and enjoys the uniqueness of the moment. He may not have travelled the whole world yet, but in our beautiful Czech country, he has explored almost every stone.
