When I experienced the frustration of feeling stuck in my own body and mind, I was deeply affected by the journey of overcoming these barriers. This personal experience motivates me to help others break free from their own limitations and use my knowledge to guide them to greater self-awareness, resilience and transformation in their personal and professional lives.
