Jana is a woman full of life energy. He prefers to spend his free time creating. He has skillful hands and a great imagination. She is interested in fashion and home design, so she sews and restitches, knits, grinds, paints, upholstery and thus brings old things back to life. She enjoys her life, enjoys well-being, practices yoga, enjoys nature and is attracted to exploring new places and cultures.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I inspire meeting participants to change behavior, attitudes and approach to development.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
I was definitely influenced by my mom, who was a very respected high school professor and mainly because of her I found meaning in the development of people in my life.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
I have been working with humancraft for almost 20 years and what keeps me here is the company culture we live here and the constant self-development that I need.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Clearly the transition to the online environment in the covid era.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
My work constantly reveals new perspectives on different life situations, and perhaps because of this I understand and accept all the changes that are taking place better.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
It is a world that is constantly in motion, change alternates change, where mistakes are often unclear, unambiguous solutions are difficult to find, communication is difficult. I believe that it is precisely these situations that we help participants become aware of and inspire them to solve them.
