Something work-related
Jana is a friendly and inspiring personality who knows how to engage people and capture their attention. Over 15 years of working as a trainer, she has gathered a wealth of experience, which she enthusiastically passes on to others through stories. She is attentive to participants’ needs and focuses on the practical value of the topics being discussed. Thanks to her interactive approach, she can actively involve everyone — so no one falls asleep in her training sessions.
Something personal
Jana is a woman full of life energy. She most enjoys spending her free time creating. She has skilled hands and a vivid imagination. She is interested in fashion and interior design, so she sews and alters clothes, knits, sands, paints, upholsters, and brings old things back to life. She enjoys life, likes a sense of calm and ease, practises yoga, wanders through nature, and is drawn to discovering new places and cultures.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I inspire participants to change their behaviour, attitudes, and approach to development.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
I was definitely influenced by my mother, who was a highly respected secondary school teacher. Thanks largely to her, I found the meaning of my life in developing people.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
I have been working with humancraft for almost 20 years, and what keeps me here is the company culture we truly live by, as well as the ongoing personal development that I need.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
Definitely the transition to the online environment during the COVID period.
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
My work constantly reveals new perspectives on different life situations, and perhaps that is why I am better able to understand and accept all the changes happening around me.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
It is a world that is constantly in motion, where one change follows another, where meaning is often unclear, clear solutions are difficult to find, and communication gets stuck. I believe these are exactly the kinds of situations we help participants become more aware of, while inspiring them to find ways to deal with them.
