Trainer, visual facilitator

Something work-related
After transitioning from a career as a manager in social services to interim management, my professional direction changed when I completed the Bikablo® visual facilitation training. This experience led me to establish INKSIGHT, where we combine creative thinking, visual dialogue, and change-focused solutions for effective change management and solving complex challenges. Thanks to extensive training in mediation, change management, and leadership, we help organizations achieve meaningful transformation. As a certified global Bikablo trainer, I help teams discover new perspectives and streamline processes, creating an environment where clarity, collaboration, and innovation can thrive.
Something personal
In my free time, I let my creativity flow — I draw with ink, spend time with family and friends, go for walks, enjoy cooking, and of course love good food. Most of my time, however, is devoted to studying Chinese: I speak, read, practise brush calligraphy, and read many books about China. Every week I have online lessons with my teacher in China, and I exchange messages with my colleagues there almost every day.
1) How would you describe your job in one sentence?
I am a visual facilitator who playfully creates space for exploring complex questions and challenges you and your team to gain clarity and insight, unlocking creative thinking and potential.
2) What has influenced you in life, and how does it show up in your work?
Creative thinking and problem-solving, together with bringing people together, have been central themes in my life. Growing up in the countryside in a loving family that offered plenty of space for creativity and experimentation — with my father working as a scientific inventor — sparked my passion for innovation. Later, at university, I combined creative methods and group dynamics to guide people through complex personal and social issues. Through various roles as a team leader, project leader, manager, and entrepreneur, my leadership skills developed further. When I became a mediator, I adopted a non-judgmental approach to supporting people in conflict, enabling meaningful dialogue and resolution. As a mother of three, I gained valuable experience in balancing multiple needs. When I completed visual facilitation training, everything fell into place: I discovered a creative tool that allows me to help individuals and groups untangle complex issues, foster connection, and strengthen their ability to move toward their desired future.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
I enjoy working in an international context, focusing on people’s growth and development while helping create a connection between potential and strategy. Collaborating with people from different cultures provides valuable self-reflection. I firmly believe that people are at the heart of every company, and by creating space for growth and exchange, both personal and group development can flourish. This in turn helps companies deliver better products and services. Focusing on both skill development and interpersonal growth enables companies and their people to thrive.
4) What has been your biggest challenge at humancraft so far?
5) How does your work influence your personal development and career?
My work with individuals and groups offers insights and feedback that serve as a powerful mirror and deepen my personal reflection. Being part of an international community of trainers, as well as the European community of visual practitioners, adds depth to my self-assessment and growth. Regular interaction with people from different cultures provides constant self-reflection. In addition to my professional work, I attend courses and training programs, read books, and exchange ideas with friends and colleagues. I use art and meditation to process it all.
6) What are the biggest challenges in corporate education today, and how is humancraft addressing them?
The corporate world faces several challenges: finding time for personal development and reflection, which can often conflict with commercial goals and heavy workloads; staying ahead of future developments and remaining competitive in a constantly evolving world; and making time to think, identify new trends, create a clear vision and strategy, and not rush into quick fixes. humancraft seeks to address these challenges by supporting an environment that prioritizes both personal and organizational growth, encourages deep reflection, and promotes sustainable strategies.
