Trenér, Visual Facilitator
Something for work
After transitioning from a career as a social services manager to interim management, my professional direction changed after completing Bikablo® Visual Facilitation training. This experience led me to found INKSIGHT, where we combine creative thinking, visual dialogue, and change-focused solutions to effectively manage change and solve complex challenges. With extensive training in mediation, change management, and leadership, we help organizations achieve meaningful transformation. As a certified Bikablo Global Coach, I help teams find new perspectives and streamline processes, creating an environment where clarity, collaboration, and innovation flourish.
Something personal
In my free time I let my creativity flow - I draw with ink, spend time with family and friends, go for walks, I like to cook and of course I love good food. However, I spend most of my time studying Chinese - speaking, reading, practicing brush calligraphy, and reading many books about China. I have online lessons with my teacher in China every week and I text almost daily with my colleagues there.
1) How would you describe your work in one sentence?
I am a visual facilitator who playfully creates space to explore complex questions and challenges you and your team to gain clarity and insight that unleashes creative thinking and potential.
2) What has influenced you in your life and how is it reflected in your work?
Creative thinking and problem solving, along with bringing people together, are central themes in my life.
Growing up in the countryside in a loving family that offered a lot of room for creativity and experimentation - my father, who worked as a scientific inventor - instilled in me a passion for innovation. Later at university I combined creative methods and group dynamics to guide people through complex personal and social issues. Through the various roles of team leader, project leader, manager and entrepreneur, my leadership skills were developed. When I became a mediator, I adopted a non-judgmental approach to supporting people in conflict that allows for meaningful dialogue and resolution.
As a mother of three, I have gained valuable experience in balancing multiple needs. When I took my Visual Facilitation training, everything fell into place: I discovered a creative tool that allows me to help individuals and groups untangle complex issues, foster connection, and strengthen their ability to move toward their desired future.
3) Why do you work for humancraft?
I enjoy working in an international context, focusing on the growth and development of people while helping to create the connection between potential and strategy. Working with people from different cultures provides valuable self-reflection. I firmly believe that people are the heart of any company, and by creating space for growth and exchange of experiences, personal and group development flourishes. This in turn helps companies deliver better products and services. A focus on skill development and interpersonal growth enables companies and their people to thrive.
5) What effect does your work have on your personal development and professional path?
My work with individuals and groups offers insights and feedback that serve as a powerful mirror and deepen my personal reflections. Being part of an international community of trainers as well as a European community of visualizers contributes to the depth of my self-evaluation and growth. Regular interaction with people from different cultures provides constant self-reflection. In addition to my professional work, I attend courses, trainings, read books and exchange opinions with friends and colleagues. I use art and meditation to process everything.
6) What do you think are the biggest challenges facing corporate education today and how is humancraft trying to address these challenges?
The corporate world faces several challenges:
Finding time for personal development and reflection, which can often conflict with commercial goals and a heavy workload.
Stay ahead of future developments and stay competitive in an ever-evolving world.
Find time to think and identify new trends, create a clear vision and strategy, and don't rush into quick solutions.
humancraft seeks to address these challenges by fostering an environment that prioritizes personal and organizational growth, fosters deep reflection, and supports sustainable strategies.
