Martin Hoidar

Martin is a typical example of someone who grew into his current role from the ground up. In the beginning, he was stapling manuals together and holding doors shut to keep out the draft. He then stepped out for a while to gain experience with one of our clients at the time, only to return to us soon after. After 17 years with the company, he is now one of our partners, a key figure in our sales team, as well as a trainer and facilitator. Every client who works with him knows that he would go out of his way rather than refuse to lend a helping hand. He is pragmatic, practical, honest, and fair — and he loves it when others treat him the same way.

Martin, whom everyone here simply calls Hoidy, is a lifelong optimist, an easy-going guy, and a big fan of Jára Cimrman. If you ever catch him in a bad mood, we’ll give you a training session for free. He has been a sports enthusiast since childhood. His beloved football has taken a bit of a back seat in recent years, as he spent a lot of time around beach volleyball, supporting his talented wife. Together they now have a little rascal named Viktor and an even smaller princess named Klárka.
