Relationship Manager
Martina Finkei

Something work-related
Martina first came to Prague during her studies as part of a six-month practical internship at a company that worked with her university. Prague charmed her so much that she completed her final year remotely — and she has now been here for more than 10 years. Her first real work experience, not counting various part-time jobs during her studies and work in the United States, was in a large corporation, where she went through several departments before finding her place in HR. She eventually decided to move into a start-up, where she enjoyed what she calls her HR dream job. In January, she joined the humancraft team, where she has become an indispensable right-hand person wherever help is needed.
Something personal
Martina and her family live a very active life. Cycling is their family passion, and you are most likely to meet them on their bikes — whether in the city or in the mountains. Martina loves travelling and discovering all kinds of places around the world. She was enchanted by Vietnam and Iceland and wants to return to both as soon as possible. Martina is not a classic tourist, but a gastro-tourist — she loves food! Not only as someone who enjoys eating it, but also as someone who occasionally cooks or bakes something delicious. She is sociable and loves surrounding herself with friends, with whom she spends her free time. Wild events have turned into family ones, but they are still wild — just in a slightly different way, and above all enriched by experiences with her little partners in crime.
