Tomáš Hrouda

Something work-related
Tomáš joined humancraft in 2009, after a long tenure in management positions in companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to his work experience, he focused on the development of human resources in the areas of communication, personality typology, leadership and optimization of internal processes. He enjoys working with people and being able to impart knowledge, skills and principles that lead to their further advancement. In addition to the aforementioned soft skills, Tomáš is an expert in the field of automotive, from production to the development of dealer networks (sales, after-sales, internal and external communications and technology). At the same time, they always try to prepare the trainings to suit the needs of the client, in a playful, experiential form, according to the well-known motto that “the best school is school by play”.
Something personal
Thomas is a man who does not like to be bored. He enjoys traveling, meeting new people and experiencing new things. Thanks to this, he took advantage of the opportunity to work for a long time in Australia and the USA, where he gained a lot of unusual life and work experience. He is interested in lifestyle news, technology, especially cars, but overall everything that moves and growls. Tomáš believes that one does not learn anything new by oneself — in order to move further, one needs to meet new people and explore new places.
